About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the organization's IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Business Applications and Technical Support functions.

The role will work closely with senior management, internal teams and technology partners to ensure reliable, secure and efficient IT operations across corporate and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure and operations, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches and other IT systems.

Lead IT support and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, networking and system-related issues within defined SLAs.

Manage cybersecurity, endpoint security, access control, data protection, backup and disaster recovery.

Manage and support business applications including ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting and operational systems.

Lead IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, automation and technology transformation.

Manage IT vendors, AMCs, software licenses, cloud services, hardware procurement and technology contracts.

Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, security controls and technology processes.

Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring effective IT support across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

7–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Systems Administration or IT Management.

Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, servers, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches and IT infrastructure.

Good understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, access management, data backup and disaster recovery.

Experience managing ERP, CRM, HRMS or other business applications.

Experience in IT project management, vendor management and technology procurement.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience leading an IT team and managing IT operations across multiple locations will be preferred.

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation or Cold Chain will be an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, MCSE/MCSA, CISSP, CISM or cloud certifications will be an advantage.
