Role Description

The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, software systems, and data analytics initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage teams handling hardware, software, and data analytics, ensuring seamless IT operations and supporting digital transformation within the company.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of IT hardware (POS systems, servers, networks, security systems, etc.).
• Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.

Software & Application Management

• Lead the management of all software ERP, POS, WMS, HRMS, TICKETING AND all other platforms.
• Work closely with business units to identify process automation and efficiency improvement opportunities.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security across all platforms.
• Support the adoption of analytics tools that provide key business insights
• Encourage a data-driven culture within the organization to enhance decision-making at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership or technology management roles
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, POS, HRMS, and similar platforms
• Working knowledge of data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS, Azure) are a plus
