Job Title: IT Legal Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and IT vendor contracts.
- Advise on data privacy, privacy assessments, and data protection compliance.
- Support IT, digital, and procurement teams on legal and contractual matters.
- Manage contract negotiations, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements:
- 8+ years PQE in IT/Technology/Corporate Legal.
- Strong experience in SaaS, MSA, SOW, and technology contracts.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws (DPDP Act, GDPR, etc.).
- Good drafting, negotiation, and business partnering skills.
