Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network connectivity problems.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Support user account management including access control and password resets.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance services.
  • Document IT procedures and help guide end-users on basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist in backup and recovery operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma, B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field; BCA, MCA freshers can also apply.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and hardware.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (MS Office, antivirus, browsers).
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Shell scripting).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity basics.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
