Monday Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Stipend / Compensation
8,000 per month (Internship Performance-Based Growth Opportunity post internship completion (after 3 months salary 15k in hand)
Role Summary
The IT Inside Sales Executive will support the business development and sales team by identifying potential clients, promoting AIDC solutions (RFID, Barcode, Software Solutions), and maintaining customer relationships. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in IT and solution-based B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
Promote and sell RFID, Barcode, and customized software solutions
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AIDC solutions
Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Address customer queries and provide product/service information
Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
Sales Operations & Reporting
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
Track leads, pipeline status, and sales activities
Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Eligibility / Qualifications
MBA (IT / Marketing) or equivalent
Freshers or candidates with internship/project exposure in IT or sales are encouraged to apply
