Role Description
This is a full-time on-site IT Infrastructure role located in Kolkata. The professional will manage network administration, ensure network security, provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and oversee general information technology operations. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure to optimize functionality and supporting colleagues with technical needs to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure the protection and optimal performance of IT systems
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, providing efficient solutions for hardware and software issues
- Strong understanding of Information Technology practices and infrastructure management
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and addressing system challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in IT infrastructure roles is advantageous
