Candidates with 4.5 to 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management (4.5-7 years at Analyst level and 7.5-10 years at Associate level) should have proven expertise in managing technical and infrastructure-led projects, delivering initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and coordinating disaster recovery (DR) activities and infrastructure-related tasks. The role demands strong capability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, along with hands-on experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, and collaboration/documentation platforms including Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Candidates should be skilled in MIS reporting, Excel dashboards, and possess solid IT infrastructure and DR process knowledge. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred and add strong value to the profile
