Job Summary
We are looking for skilled Infrastructure Operations Professionals to support a global delivery environment, primarily catering to Japanese clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 infrastructure support for global clients
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure environments (servers, networks, systems)
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows/Linux systems
- Support Citrix VDI environments and end-user computing
- Perform basic networking troubleshooting and monitoring activities
- Work with cloud platforms and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure high availability and performance
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs
Required Skills
- JLPT N3 Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Infrastructure Operations / IT Support
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Windows / Linux Administration
- Citrix VDI
- Basic Networking
- Monitoring Tools
- Cloud Platforms (basic exposure)
- End User Computing
- Good communication skills (Japanese language proficiency required)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts / global support environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
