Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Infrastructure Operations Professionals to support a global delivery environment, primarily catering to Japanese clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 infrastructure support for global clients
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure environments (servers, networks, systems)
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows/Linux systems
  • Support Citrix VDI environments and end-user computing
  • Perform basic networking troubleshooting and monitoring activities
  • Work with cloud platforms and monitoring tools
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure high availability and performance
  • Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs

Required Skills

  • JLPT N3 Certification (Mandatory)
  • Strong experience in Infrastructure Operations / IT Support
  • Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Windows / Linux Administration
  • Citrix VDI
  • Basic Networking
  • Monitoring Tools
  • Cloud Platforms (basic exposure)
  • End User Computing
  • Good communication skills (Japanese language proficiency required)
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts / global support environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
