Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Director to lead and manage enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy, with a strong focus on cloud platforms (Azure & GCP), cost optimization, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure including cloud and on-prem environments.

Own and optimize Azure Platform and GCP Platform environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Drive Azure Pricing and GCP Pricing strategies, ensuring cost-effective usage and financial governance.

Implement and manage Azure Cost Optimization and GCP Cloud Optimization initiatives to reduce cloud spend and improve efficiency.

Oversee network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity models.

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and service management.

Develop and enforce infrastructure governance, security, and compliance policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business needs.

Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and service delivery performance.

Build and mentor high-performing infrastructure and cloud engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Platform and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proven experience in cloud pricing models, billing analysis, and cost optimization strategies.

Deep understanding of Azure Pricing and GCP Pricing frameworks and tools.

Hands-on experience with cloud cost management tools and optimization techniques.

Solid background in network infrastructure design and operations.

Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or ITIL Certification.

Experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure transformation projects.

Exposure to automation, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
