Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Implement and support DevOps processes such as CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices)
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and application software
- Manage user access, system permissions, and IT assets
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning
- Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement
- Provide L2/L3 technical support to internal users
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
