We are seeking an IT HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for technical positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
