We are seeking an IT HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for technical positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
