Job Description / Scope of Work IT Helpdesk Resource

Elifact Pvt. Ltd. is looking for IT Helpdesk Engineers to support our client locations across India. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-user IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network assistance at the assigned site.

Key Responsibilities

Attending day to day calls with respect to Hardware, Networkand Software (LAPTOP/DESKTOP/PRINTER, SPARES REPLACEMENT LIKE HARD DISK, RAM, MOTHERBOARD, TONER, OS, office, PDFs etc.)

Daily monitoring of Internet Bandwidth and MPLS Bandwidth with respect to their location and call logging and escalate in case of issue.

Asset & Software Inventory

Vendors coordination

Maintenance and Management of antivirus user level.

Hardware and OS support for the branch resources and the engineers who comes to the branch allocated in projects.

Maintain call reports for the daily calls.

Backups

Support for Video conferencing at the location

Knowledge of Broad band and basic trouble shooting of Routers/MODEMS

Knowledge of DHCP /IP IV/WINS/DNS/WIFI/PROXY

Coordination with local vendors in case or any requirement of purchase of RAM, Patchcords etc always in consultation with Mahape.

knowledge of word, excel, power point

knowledge of asset management tool, monitoring tool & ticketing tool

KNOWLEDGE OF NETWORK DEVICES LIKE SWITCH

PATCH PANNEL INSTALLATION, CRIMPING, IO PUNCHING

SERVER MOUNTING, HDD REPLACEMENT, HELTH REPORTS
