We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Head to lead the end-to-end IT operations for our multinational travel technology company. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in IT infrastructure, e-commerce operations, NOC management, data center operations, and IT procurement. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 members, overseeing critical IT projects, and ensuring robust network security and contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Effectively lead and manage a team of 8 to 10 IT professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- End-to-End IT Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of IT operations, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning of all systems and services.
- IT Infrastructure Project Management: Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and successful implementation.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain robust network security measures to protect company data and systems from threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Contact Centre Operations: Manage and optimize IT support for contact center operations, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
- E-commerce IT Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT systems supporting e-commerce platforms, critical for the travel technology business.
- NOC Operations: Oversee Network Operations Center (NOC) operations, ensuring continuous monitoring, incident response, and proactive problem resolution.
- Data Centre Operations: Manage data center operations, including server maintenance, storage, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- IT Procurement & Vendor Management: Strategically handle IT procurement processes and manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring optimal service and cost-effectiveness.
- Change Management: Implement and manage effective change management processes for IT systems and infrastructure, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth transitions.
