This is a full-time, on-site role for IT Hardware Sales - Laptops, based in Noida. The individual will manage and expand a portfolio of IT hardware clients, including pitching product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, and building lasting relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring seamless after-sales service. The candidate will also handle market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to align customer solutions effectively.

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology is essential.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Network Security for addressing and resolving technical issues effectively.
• Experience with Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and business concepts clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in IT hardware sales, especially laptops, is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
