Expected job role

1. Develop and implement IT governance strategies, policies and frameworks to ensure the effective management of IT systems and processes.

2. Planning and managing IT expense and IT investment budgets.

3. Monitoring all IT related processes to ensure compliance with laid down local and global IT policies.

4. Provide advisory to other verticals of IT on any IT policy compliance related matters.

5. Acting as SPOC for all captive IT project approvals, reporting requirements and other consultations with Head Office in Japan.

6. Conducting internal technical audits to measure compliance for security processes and standards.

7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT governance processes and controls.

8. Handling security governances including Contract review, Security Control Identification, Risk Assessment, Monitoring compliance etc.

9. Conduct regular assessments of IT governance practices, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.

10. Monitor and evaluate IT Governance related risks and compliance issues, and develop mitigation plans and controls.
