We are Hiring Experienced resources for Service Desk Management Profile for our Leading MNC.

LOCATION : Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

Requirements

  • Graduation is a must.
  • Email etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills without any MTI
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Preferred IT Graduate with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Must be flexible to work in night shift.
  • Work from office

3 Rounds of interview

  1. Screening over the call
  2. Berlitz / Versant
  3. Ops

  • Must be able to clear all the above rounds.

Benefits

Salary for technical graduate freshers : 25k CTC

Both way Cab facilities/ PF/ ESI.
