We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support, install and maintain IT systems, and troubleshoot various technical issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the deployment of IT projects and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on IT equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
- Document all technical procedures and support activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT support or field engineering roles.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Experience with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
