Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with franchise partners for smooth day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all outlets adhere to company SOPs and operational guidelines
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits
  • Address franchise queries and provide timely support
  • Assist in new outlet setup and franchise onboarding

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in Retail/F&B industry)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel for store visits

Key Skills:

  • Problem-solving ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Team coordination and interpersonal skills
