IT Executive

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of our client's IT infrastructure, systems, and security. This critical role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions to support food production, distribution, and sales operations, while also ensuring robust data security and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• System Administration & Troubleshooting: Administer and troubleshoot IT systems, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and email systems.
• Data Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain stringent data security measures, such as two-factor authentication, to protect sensitive information. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.
• Resource Management: Manage software licenses, hardware procurement, and deployment, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to employees across all departments, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring, to secure the best services and solutions.
• Employee Training: Provide essential training to employees on the effective use of IT systems and tools, promoting technological literacy.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to understand their IT needs and develop appropriate technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Management.
• Pressure & Priorities: Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, vital for managing teams and interacting with stakeholders.
