Job description

• Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Update existing software to ensure compatibility with new computer systems.
• Maintain equipment such as computers or routers by installing new software or replacing broken parts, collaborating with senior team members.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new solutions.
• Identify and address system performance issues by troubleshooting problems and adjusting hardware or software settings.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment to determine suitability for the company s needs.
• Monitor the performance of computer networks, including the speed and availability of network connections, to ensure their proper functioning.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient technology operation.
• Ensure security measures are in place, including data encryption and firewalls.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and provide support to users.
• Support the rollout of new business applications.
• Manage help desk services and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and support.
