Job Description

Hand on experience of MS Exchange, firewall, ADDS, SQL and RDS server.
Strong proficiency in trouble shooting hardware and software issues.
Experience in managing LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
Familiarity with system installations.
Knowledge of installation, configuring and troubleshooting of operating systems, MS office, ERP, Busy
Provide support to all departments in hardware, software, and network related issues.
Configure, install, and maintain IT systems.
Configure, install and maintain laptops and workstations.
Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers
Manage Outlook calendar and coordinate meetings.
Ensure all systems are secure and operational
Respond to IT-related issues and requests and other IT related tasks.
