Job Title: IT Executive - Hardware and Software Support & CCTV Installation**

**Job Summary:**

As an IT Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. This includes providing support for hardware and software-related issues and overseeing the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Hardware and Software Support:**

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repairs.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

2. **CCTV Installation and Maintenance:**

- Plan and execute the installation of CCTV systems, ensuring proper placement and functionality.

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.

3. **Network Support:**

- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment.

- Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure optimal connectivity.

4. **End-User Assistance:**

- Respond to IT support requests from end-users and provide timely solutions.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance end-user IT proficiency.

5. **Security Compliance:**

- Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

6. **Documentation:**

- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

- Document IT support activities and resolutions for future reference.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in hardware and software support, with expertise in repairs.

- Experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

- Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
