We are seeking an experienced IT Domestic Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for IT positions, with the ability to source and evaluate top talent in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
