The IT Developer / Engineer II researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests, and maintains both existing and new business applications and information systems solutions. This role involves working with databases, third-party software, and internally developed applications to meet business and technical requirements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective application and system solutions
- Develop, modify, and enhance applications using approved technologies and standards
- Configure and integrate third-party and internally developed applications and infrastructure solutions
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and system workflows
- Provide ongoing application and system maintenance, including database management
- Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure compliance with IT standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and strategies
- Support end users and functional teams such as Supply Chain and other business units
Required Skills
- Strong development experience in Python OR Java OR .NET platforms
- Experience with application development, integration, and maintenance
- Understanding of database concepts and information systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
