A day in the life of an Infoscion
- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- You will understand requirements, create and review desiLead end-to-end mobile testing for iOS and Android applications, covering functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing. Design and implement test strategies and test plans aligned with product requirements, release cycles, and business priorities. Drive mobile automation frameworks and test suites to increase coverage, reliability, and speed of regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, UX, DevOps) to define acceptance criteria and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Review and optimize test cases, test data, and test environments to ensure efficient and repeatable testing. Identify, analyze, and track defects, working closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis. Mentor and guide junior testers in mobile testing techniques, automation practices, and quality standards. Monitor quality metrics (defect trends, test coverage, release quality) and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to best practices in mobile performance, security, and compatibility testing across devices and OS versions. Contribute to test process improvements, tools evaluation, and adoption of new approaches to enhance overall product quality.
