- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.E, B.Tech, BSC, BCA).
- 5–15 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to test automation and quality engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) in Selenium-based automation for web applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python for building and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
- Solid experience working with Java in the context of automation or backend validation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, provide guidance to team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of more than one technology
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
