Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication.

Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment.

Establish disaster recovery procedures and uphold data retention practices.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

Intermediate proficiency in Desktop Transformation.

It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
