- At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience in CISCO Routing and Switching, Meraki, ACI, SDWAN.
- Experience with Meraki WLAN infrastructure in large scale global deployments.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex network outages to aid our network operations teams as needed in the edge access network domain SDWAN/switch/router and its dependent systems
- Perform and own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for supported environments
