This position will work US Pacific time zone hours. The Global IT Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. This role involves assessing, monitoring, and reporting on IT compliance, as well as collaborating with various teams to implement necessary controls and improvements. The Global IT Compliance Manager responsibilities include SOX Compliance, PCI Compliance, IT Document Management, and Audit Management. Manages Global IT Compliance Analyst in managing the SOX / SOC Audit. The Global IT Compliance Manager works in a cross-functional role, leading and influencing teams involved in IT compliance initiatives.

How the Candidate Will make an Impact:
- Work with Global IT Compliance Director, Global IT Compliance Manager, and the Global IT Compliance Analyst on audit findings, SICD file, and updating information for Mitigation and Remediation in AuditBoard.
- Audit walkthrough meetings: Candidate will conduct meetings between internal audiors, external auditors and control owners for 125 ITGCs spanning 20 applications. Conduct meetings for 30 ITACs and 40 key reports. Candidate will take detailed notes in these meetings, follow-up on open items and timely obtain the requested evidence for the auditors from the various control owners.
-Remediation & Mitigation:
- Help manage Monthly Risk Mitigation, Monthly Reconciliation, Quarterly AuditBoard Reviews, Semi-Annual Reviews, and Population Pulls.
- Work closely with teams on account classification, password configuration, authentication, on-boarding, off-boarding, access management, physical security, application, database, and operating system admin reviews, project management, change management, segregation of duties, backups, annual restores, job monitoring, risk mitigation, and SOC assessments.
- Ensure that the timeliness of the Audit process is strictly adhered to and works with IT/Business partners to ensure all controls related evidence/support submissions are completed on time.
