Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Compliance team. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with 13 years of experience who are passionate about cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting internal security assessments and reviews under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn to analyze business processes and technology solutions to assess compliance with internal security standards and industry regulations.
- Help track progress on security risk treatment plans and assist with reporting to leadership.
- Support compliance efforts for frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, including documentation and audit preparation.
- Assist in evaluating third-party vendors security practices and help monitor remediation activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of responses to customer security questionnaires and audits.
- Support development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in security awareness initiatives and help improve the overall security culture across the organization.
- Work on tools and processes to streamline repetitive security tasks and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, risk management, or IT audit.
- Basic understanding of security and compliance concepts (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
