About the Role

This role is responsible to manage the organization's IT Cloud Infrastructure and IT Operations by ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems. The role focuses on cloud management, cybersecurity, DLP implementation, Intune device management, IT asset lifecycle control, vendor governance, and SLA adherence to support uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring performance, availability, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee identity and access management, including MFA and security policies.
  • Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across email, endpoints, and cloud platforms.
  • Lead cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Administer endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, patch management, and policy enforcement.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle management (procurement, allocation, tracking, depreciation, and disposal).
  • Lead day-to-day IT operations and ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues.
  • Monitor backup systems and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers, and contract renewals.
  • Define, monitor, and report SLA metrics; conduct periodic service review meetings.
  • Maintain IT documentation, policies, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Equivalent to bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune administration.
  • Experience in cybersecurity operations and DLP implementation.
  • Knowledge of patch management, backup solutions, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience in IT asset management and lifecycle processes.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • ITIL certification or exposure to ITSM frameworks.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 or compliance-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and automation tools.
  • Experience in team handling and project management.
  • Exposure to security awareness programs and risk assessment practices.

Experience Range

0-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
