Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT service solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must-have)
  • Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided)
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn attitude
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
