About the Role:
Starhome Enterprises, a growing IT services startup, is looking for a results-driven International IT Business Development Executive - Remote to help us acquire clients primarily from the USA. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, pitching our web development and IT services, and closing deals that align with client needs.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and engage potential clients in the US market via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (web development, e-commerce, QA/testing, etc.)
- Drive the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
