Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into effective, scalable, and compliant application solutions.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of business applications, including selection, implementation, enhancement, support, and retirement.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between enterprise systems (SAP, MES, LIMS, QMS, DMS, CRM, etc.) to enable accurate and efficient data flow.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring application reliability, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders across functions to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
- Candidate will be responsible for leading application-related projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, CSV requirements, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Candidate will be responsible for supporting audit readiness, validation documentation, change control, and release management activities.
- Candidate will be responsible for vendor management, including SLA governance, cost optimization, and strategic alignment.
- Candidate will be responsible for driving UAT, regression testing, training, and user adoption across business teams.
- Candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of business analysts, functional consultants, application specialists, and developers.
- Candidate will be responsible for defining KRAs, conducting performance reviews, and building a strong talent pipeline.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or MCA.
- 1015 years of experience managing enterprise business applications in pharmaceutical or process manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience with SAP (ECC / S4 HANA), MES, LIMS, QMS, DMS, CRM, and regulatory systems.
- Strong understanding of pharma operations including Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Supply Chain.
- Proven experience with system integration, data analytics, reporting tools, and cloud-based applications.
- Candidate should have strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas for reputed Pharma and API bulk drug Company.In-depth knowledge of pharma regulations (FDA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP).
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (SAP, Project Management, etc.) will be an added advantage.
