IT Business Analyst

Looking for a candidate with a stronger technical background, ideally, the candidate should have a Computer Science or related technical degree.

In addition, the following capabilities would be highly desirable:

• Product Management and Technical Skills – Experience in product management, coupled with sufficient technical knowledge to effectively translate business requirements, communicate with engineering teams, and lead product development from concept through to delivery.
• AI and GenAI Experience – Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, as well as a strong understanding of privacy, data protection, and the ability to design responsible and ethical AI-powered products.

Work Experience and Technical Skillset:

• The candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant IT Application BA experience, including understanding solution engineering concepts and methods, and having produced technical application architecture designs or specifications.
• The candidate must have attended relevant fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc.) training.
• The candidate must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile methodologies, tools, and delivery.
• Candidates with experience in supporting mobile and cloud platforms, microservices, micro-frontend technologies, and DevOps with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres, etc.), Nodejs, and automated software testing will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience in vendor and contract management, change management / service request management, and problem / incident management will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience in supporting government projects will be an added advantage.
