Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support delivery management and business process modelling. You will maintain Azure DevOps for project delivery and develop BPMN process models in SAP Signavio, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Delivery Management Support (50%)

• Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, queries, dashboards, and reporting to ensure project delivery accuracy
• Ensure ADO work items comply with project standards to enable precise dashboard reporting
• Build reusable ADO queries and dashboards to enhance delivery visibility
• Generate reports and provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Delivery Manager

Business Process Analysis & Modelling (50%)

• Gather detailed business process information from stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors to inform modelling
• Develop and maintain BPMN process models using SAP Signavio for clear process visualization
• Validate process flows, decision points, roles, handoffs, and business logic with process owners to ensure accuracy
• Support programme milestones through business analysis and coordination activities
• Perform data cleaning and reconciliation using Power Query, Power BI, and Excel to support analysis
• Prepare comprehensive process documentation, analysis reports, and supporting business documents

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, queries, and dashboards is mandatory

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in BPMN process modelling, preferably using SAP Signavio
• Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into clear documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate collaboration
• Experience supporting project delivery within Agile or similar delivery environments is advantageous
