Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Understand technical changes incl DB changes requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create detailed user story on devops
- Perform detailed data analysis and come up with insights for further improvements incl corelations with multiple datasets
- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, system designs, and user guides.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a business system analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and Macros.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
