Scope of work:
The IT Application Business Analyst will be working on IT projects relating to the Data Platform, Data Visualization Platform, AI/ ML Platform and other data related projects.
Job Scope:
Involve in strategizing and implementation of projects and initiatives involving the requirements study, procurement, management & maintenance support of applications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT Application Business Analyst experience.
- Must have attended relevant Cloud Technology training (eg AWS, Azure etc) and process a minimum of one year experience implementing Cloud Services.
- Must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile methodologies, tools and delivery.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data visualization and be proficient in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (eg Tableau, Power BI etc).
- Business Analyst with recent experience in vendor & contract management, Change Management / Service Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage
Technical Skillset:
- Experience in support databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc).
- Experience in Big Data Technology (eg Spark, Airflow, Delta Lake etc) and Tools (eg Amazon EMR, Azure Synapse, Databricks etc)
- Experience in supporting microservices, DevOps with automated testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment.
Experience in support IT audit fieldwork.
General Skillset :
- Business Analyst with experience in supporting Applications Operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, good writing skills and analytic skillset will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supporting government projects and with relevant healthcare domain knowledge.
