We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of working across cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business and technology. They should be able to produce clear documentation, present ideas effectively, and actively contribute to both business and technical discussions. Candidate should be passionate about solving complex business challenges through technology and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :-

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements with stakeholders

Create and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, WBS, user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes

Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to deliver business‑aligned solutions

Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies

Support testing activities including test case preparation and UAT

Assist in project planning, risk management, and change management

Support solution rollouts through training materials, demos, and user documentation

Drive process improvements and contribute to product and market analysis

Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
