IT Business Analyst

The role

• As a Business Analyst, you will be accountable for SAP Controlling module is properly setup to attend the business requirements in line with other work streams
• Understand the business requirement and ensure its integration SAP Central Finance system
• This role requires a deep understanding of Management Accounting processes and the ability to drive solution deployment with efficiency and leadership

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Management Accounting and Controlling (SAP S4)
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential solutions and recommend best practices
• Configure and drive functional discussions around Income Statement, Trade expend, Marketing expense and other P&L lines applying SAP as main platform (Margin Analys and COPA Costing based method)
• Collaborate with IT cross stream to design, configure, and test Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Project System
• Ensuring data consistency, figures reconciliation and smooth PEC execution
• Stay up to date with complementary solutions customized to attend Nestls business requirements related to Balance sheet accounting, BS allocation, reconciliation, trial balance and its integration with Central finance
• Provide guidance and support the regional product teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to global solution template, guidelines and standards
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree required, bachelors degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economy or related field
• Proven experience in S/4 HANA, specifically in Controlling module and its integration with Central Finance and data replication processes
• Solid understanding of SAP FICO, COPA Costing Based, Margin Analysis, including Cost Center Account, Project System, configuration and troubleshooting in S4 Hana and analytics technologies
• Solid understand of reporting tools in SAP and its configurations such as Report Painter, Sap Analytics cloud (SAC), CDS queries etc Strong knowledge on Profit Center Account, SAP splitting document experience, preparation of trial balance and balance sheet allocations
• Strong communication and presentation skills explaining complex functional concepts
• Proficient in project management within SAP implementation, including planning, execution, and coordination with team members
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus

Bonus Points If You:

• Proven experience on cFIN technical integration and configurations (SLT, AIF)
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs)
• Good understanding of Snowflake in the context of reporting and interfaces
