Job Description

IT Business Analyst

Kiya.ai is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join our team, working with a leading client in the Investment Banking domain. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who thrives in a dynamic and demanding environment, adapting to changing business needs and contributing effectively both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Scope Management: Collect scope from project and/or incident owners, and ensure a dedicated roadmap is provided for each change within the release scope.
Release Coordination: Prepare Release Kick-off, coordinate Global Test Planning, and ensure that change owners provide necessary deliverables such as User Guides, implementation documentation, training materials, and change management kits for end-users.
Progress Monitoring & Communication: Follow the progress of releases, consolidate and communicate status updates and issues.
Stakeholder Engagement & Sign-offs: Obtain sign-off of test books to validate release components. Organize and lead sign-off meetings for key milestones including SIT, UAT, NRT, and go/no-go decisions with stakeholders.
Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support: Coordinate Go Live activities and aftercare support. Ensure the availability of handover documentation and manage the handover process with support teams.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

Excellent knowledge and understanding of Oracle & SQL.
Flair for learning new tools and technology.
Knowledge of UNIX / LINUX is an added advantage.
Good techno-functional knowledge.
