Job Description

Experience with financial concepts such as Budgets and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements
Experience with accounting systems and policies, ideally including the process that has been followed at John Deere
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with process automation and report visualization tools -
Alteryx, BlackLine, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to leverage large data sets to improve processes and provide better insights
Strong collaboration skills with global teams
Experience with programing languages - SQL, Python, Java
Desired Experience : Total experience of 8-10 years with:
Experience working in accounting or finance environment. - 4 - 7 years
Experience implementing process improvement initiatives with a robust focus on the delivery of new technology - 4 - 7 years.
