Profile: IT Presales-Bid and Tender Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with IT clients to understand their requirements and align them with the company's offerings.
- Should have experience working on tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, etc.
- Familiarity with international portals like UNGM is an added advantage.
- Experience in creating proposal documents using tools like Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience of IT services and IT-related tenders is a must.
- Prior experience in handling B2B tenders.
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance checks for RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with RFPs, tenders, and government procurement processes.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle complex documentation.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
