Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote services.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies based on market analysis.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and suggestions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
