Job Description

Experience:

10-11 Years

Must have skills:

  • Knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management
  • Experience in creating process documents
  • Analyzing data and generating dashboards for senior management
  • Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets (Tasks, Incident, Change request)
  • Knowledge on ServiceNow to create and manage CI (Assets, Server)
  • Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing
  • Harvesting process for Hardware
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for proper accounting and financial reporting of assets
  • Strong understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles, processes, and best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular meetings with Clients to document requirements
  • Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices, technology, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary
  • Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
