Experience:
10-11 Years
Must have skills:
- Knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management
- Experience in creating process documents
- Analyzing data and generating dashboards for senior management
- Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets (Tasks, Incident, Change request)
- Knowledge on ServiceNow to create and manage CI (Assets, Server)
- Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing
- Harvesting process for Hardware
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for proper accounting and financial reporting of assets
- Strong understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles, processes, and best practices
Responsibilities:
- Attend regular meetings with Clients to document requirements
- Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices, technology, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary
- Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
