In this role, we are looking for IT - Application Support _ L1, who have good knowledge and experience on intercompany recs, Nostro recs, FO-BO recs, Cash recs
Experience in different file schemas and SWIFT messaging
Responsibilities
- Understand requirements relating to change needs of business and design solution accordingly
- Testing of code changes for change function and regression
- Ensure quality standards in release
- Take care of incidents, escalate to 3rd parties as necessary
- Create SOPs/fix logs for incidents
- Perform root cause analysis for P1/P2/P3 and P4 incidents and/or proactively based on business needs
- Work with the right teams within Genpact 3rd parties for the implementation of change
- Follow the required policies and procedures for the incident, problem and change management
- Ensure service performance expectations are met with service levels and quality
- Raise/escalate any service-related issues and risks to track lead and/or BCI lead
- Exposure to finance domain (preferably capital markets) in the previous years
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in Technology with Computers or IT stream
- OR
- Graduate any stream with course in Computers or IT stream
Preferred qualifications
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Intellimatch, intellisuite GenNext
- Experience on intercompany recs, Nostro recs, FO-BO recs, Cash recs
- Experience in different file schemas and SWIFT messaging
- Solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019.
- Must have hands-on SQL server - creating sps, tables joins, triggers , cursors
- Must have good trouble shooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong desire to understand functional aspects of applications.
- High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Configuration Management, Build and Deployment.
- Ability to work directly with business clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Working experience in applications related to accounting & financial reporting. Credit risk is a plus.
- Knowledge of Control-M or other scheduling application
- Capital Markets Domain knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL, integration across IPC (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
- Experience on DevOps
- Experience on SPLC or Agile
