Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience leading steering committee meetings with senior executives and authorities
- In-depth, hands-on experience in end-to-end project management across the full SDLC:
- Project Charter creation
- Design Build Test Deploy phases
- Solid understanding and application of Agile methodology
- Proven experience with budgeting and cost control; must maintain project variance within 56% during execution
- Proficient in risk and issue management, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Experience managing IT application development projects with budgets up to 2 million
- 1520 years of overall work experience, with 35 years in project management roles
Good to Have:
- Industry certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM
- Prior onsite experience in a similar project management role
