Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and OT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including network transformations, security tool deployments, and end-user service roll-outs.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders across IT, OT, and security teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with enterprise and operational environments.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business unitsincluding plant operations, engineering, IT, and cybersecurityto ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present dashboards and reports.
- Risk, Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, CMMC).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement new systems or processes.
- Team Coordination
- Manage internal and external resources including IT engineers, OT technicians, cybersecurity analysts, and third-party vendors.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, change logs, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and cybersecurity posture.
