Job Title: IT and Admin Associate
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (100% WFO)

Job Requirements
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic security protocols across email/communication and HR tools.
- Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity issues faced with IT assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licenses, security patches and upgrades.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
- Ensure regular data backups and assist in basic cybersecurity practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up and deactivating IT access.
- Assist in maintaining internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internal network systems.
- Program Manage facilities and admin related tasks through housekeeping and security team
- Engage with vendors for procurement of approved items
- Manage and handover assets to employees during onboarding and offboarding
- Resolve issues related to IT assets in coordination with a IT vendor
- Procurement of supplies related to pantry, stationary etc. from approved vendors
- Travel to banks and other places as per the business needs
- Maintain various system of records related inventory of assets and supplies
- Ensure biometric access of all the employees
- Complete adhoc tasks assigned by the Admin Manager
Experience
- 1-3 years of work experience in the admin domain
- Working experience with small business setup is desired
- Self-motivated person who can prioritize work for the team and who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate.
- Working knowledge of excel is must
