IT Analyst 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new IT projects.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and applications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.
